This
work was born of a desire to explore the possibilities of the slip transfer
process, my love of our back garden, and my cat Jack. Jack helps us plant and
weed. Plates are the potter's canvas and provide me a vehicle to remove the
work from the table to the wall. The Farie's represent the power and beauty
of nature. They are the wild untamed spirit in all of us. They live in our metaphorical
garden where we plant the seeds of our desires.
