Teaching pottery has been an important part of my career and one I have enjoyed immensely. I have met a lot of great people and; hopefully, increased their appreciation of this ancient traditional art. I'm still amazed that after over 20 years of making pots I'm still just as excited about clay as I've ever been. I'm still burning my fingers pulling out the next load because I can't wait to see the results! Clay is really neat stuff.

I teach all sorts of courses from beginner to advanced. I also conduct private classes and workshops on a variety of topics related to pottery making including:

-Decorating
-Functional and aesthetic design
-Plaster mould making
-Glaze technology and how to use glazes
-Raku
